• Download and share generated content
• Manage photo collections and AI models

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Content and Conduct

4.1 User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload, but grant us a license to process them for AI model training and photo generation. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Upload photos of minors without proper consent
• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content for malicious purposes
• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Create adult, violent, or discriminatory content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• AI model training costs approximately $1.50 per model
• Photo generation pricing varies by quantity and quality
• All payments are processed through Xendit payment platform
• Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled

6. Intellectual Property

Generated photos are owned by you, but we retain rights to:

• Our AI models and technology
• The Studio Foto AI platform and software
• Use generated content for service improvement (anonymized)

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

Studio Foto AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts.
